  • Stamped and waterproof top (20/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304.
  • Chimney in the back in stainless steel AISI 304.
  • Deep-drawn tank made of AISI 304 stainless steel, bottom made of AISI 316 stainless steel (bottom of the tank 30/10 mm thick, side walls 20/10 mm thick), resistant to salt corrosion and wear, fitted with a removable strainer to protect the drain valve, rounded inner corner corners for easy and hygienic maintenance. Water tap for filling the tank, with the control positioned on the front panel.
  • Deep-drawn top lid, hinges with stainless steel ‘torsion spring’ for gradual opening and closing, with ergonomic stainless steel front handle.
  • Indirect heating, double-walled tank, water filled via a tap on the front of the appliance, with a second tap acting as an overflow to check that filling is complete, warning light and drain tap. Double wall pressure controlled at 0.5 bar by pressure switch, safety device with pressure gauge and vacuum valve located above the top.
  • Electric heating by immersion elements in the double wall, regulation by a 4 position switch.

ADVANTAGE:
Even cooking at the right temperature thanks to the double-jacketed bowl. Standard with water level indicator for the double jacket and removable drain cock for lubrication and maintenance without tools. TOP with large peripheral recess for collecting liquids and condensate. Double-walled lid available on request.
