This electric Heavy Duty double griddle is ideal for daily use in professional kitchens. The grill surface is grooved and is made of chrome, which prevents corrosion. With this griddle you can grill meat, fish or vegetables. The double griddle can be added to a 700mm deep cooking line.

It is a double unit so there is plenty of room for beautiful pieces of meat, fish and vegetables. This heavy-duty griddle is made entirely from stainless steel and is finished with a beautiful chrome coating. The grooved plate is made from 15mm steel and has a spacious grill surface of 74,4 x 55,8cm.

Fully equipped

Ease of use is also very important, which is why this griddle comes fully equipped. The double zones can be operated individually with their own ignition, thermostat and temperature indicator light. Each side has a wide temperature range from 50-300°C available. The wide splashguard prevents spills and splashes on the wall and, thanks to the 1,5 litre drip tray in front, you can continue grilling without having to empty it all the time.

Can be placed anywhere

This professional electric griddle is suitable for placement in a cooking line, but you can also place it on a table or a matching stainless steel base. It's important to take into account that this powerhouse needs a 400V electrical connection to be able to do its job so it requires an appropriate plug.
