  • Very sturdy knife (standard 1 smooth knife), with curved blades in hardened "cutlery" steel.
  • High safety guaranteed by a double micro-switch on the lid.
  • Lid in transparent Lexan, for an optimal visibility of the product, the addition of ingredients is possible thanks to a hole on the lid.
  • Scraper and whetstone, delivered as standard.
