Easy operation

You can set the temperature effortlessly using the rotary knob with three visual zones: 'Low', 'Medium' and 'High'. These correspond to a temperature range of 80°C to 300°C, displayed clearly on the digital screen. The temperature is adjustable in steps of 20°C. During heating, the unit shows 'Heating'. Once the desired temperature is reached, it automatically switches to 'Keep warm'. Although there’s no timer function, this double griddle features a built-in safety system that automatically switches off after four hours. A safe and energy-efficient induction griddle for professional kitchens.

Using the induction griddle

The wide plain-steel griddle surface allows you to prepare multiple items at once. Use the grooved surface for perfect grill marks on meat, fish or vegetables and the smooth surface for eggs, pancakes or delicate seafood.
