  • Integration of the “Green System H.R.S.” steam condenser–heat recovery unit, providing major energy savings (WARNING: requires connection to cold water).
  • Loading height: 465 mm.
  • Double-wall construction with thermal insulation.
  • From 60 to 24 racks/hour, PLD cycles 60”, 120”, 150” or continuous.

  • Control panel positioned on the upper part of the hood, with digital display. Rack 600x500 mm, capacity 22 plates; trays 600x400 (see accessory list); beer crates 600x400 up to 135 L; also compatible with 500x500 mm racks. Hood opening/closing mechanism on connecting rods. Vertical wash pump (double flow), self-draining and self-cleaning. Double-wall construction entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel. Rotating stainless steel wash and rinse arms (upper and lower). Self-cleaning stainless steel nozzles.
  • Fully deep-drawn tank (30 L, 2.5 kW). Integral tank filter. Deep-drawn side walls. Patented pump filter allowing wash water to be kept longer and at the correct temperature.
  • Front-accessible control panel for easy service. Adjustable stainless steel feet (160–220 mm).
  • Automatic tank draining function integrated into the control panel (no need to manually remove the drain plug). Automatic tank filling. Non-return valve. Hot-water rinse (3 L per cycle), stainless steel boiler (12 L, 8 kW). Adjustable tank and boiler temperature. Microswitch for cycle stop when the hood is opened. Safety thermostat.

ADVANTAGE - H.R.S. : Heat recovery and steam condensation system consisting of: a double-flow heat exchanger, crossed on one side by cold inlet water and on the other by steam from the wash chamber, ensuring complete condensation.

  • Low operating costs: inlet water temperature increases by +25°C, resulting in 38% energy savings.
  • Healthier working environment: eliminates humidity release and prevents hot saturated steam (>60°C) from escaping into the room.
  • Flexible installation: no extraction hood, no additional plumbing or electrical connections required! NB: not compatible with osmosis water supply.

ADVANTAGE - BREAK TANK :  

  • The break tank is an anti-pollution device type AB (UK standard).  
  • 1) Prevents wash-tank water (with detergents) from flowing back into the mains. 
  • 2) During the entire rinse phase, the pump provides constant pressure and a stable 85°C temperature, ensuring perfect hygiene until the last drop.
