  • Plate (thickness 10 mm), in food-grade enamel (NF 12983-1), with high thermal conduction, perfectly even cooking with no heat loss around the edges thanks to the ‘incoloy’ resistors for the electric version and star burners for the gas version, rapid temperature rise, up to 300°C.
  • Easy to clean, thanks to a front-mounted drip tray and a 100% smooth surface.
  • Stainless steel construction and reinforced insulation.
  • Gas version: 6 to 8 star burners, regulation valve(s) with idle position, equipped with safety thermocouples and piezoelectric ignition.
