  • 4 cycles to choose "Soft Chill" or "Soft Freeze" for sensitive products_backup_1_1, "Hard-Chill" or "Hard-Freeze" for large parts, control timer with bell at end of cycle (or) control by core probe, with the function of holding the end of the cycle.   • Exrterior and Interior made in stainless steel (food AISI 304), monohull chassis, inside bottom stamps y rounded angles and corners (without rough edges), with drainage cork (high maintenance).

  • Door with ergonomic handle (not apparent) and reversible (ver Kit), provided by magnetic seal closure "by pressure" (easy replacement, without tools), hinges with stop at 100°, closure with automatic callback, Inside door equipped with a heating element, preventing the formation of frost (Function Freeze).
  • Micro switch device in the door, allowing the stop of the evaporator's ventilator when it opens.
  • Tropicalized compressor group (+43°), on slides "removable", easy maintenance and after sales service, provided wih an air filter (wash), in the equipment (right sided), ventilated condenser.
  • Ventilated evaporator (oversized), treated againts salt and the food acids, hidden (not visible), ventilator's motor IP44.
  • Manual or automatic defrosts (at the beginning of the cycle).

Option to download all of the data and recipes/programs using USB keys, etc.
