Slush Puppy & Granita Machine - 3x 12L - Digital Display

Description

This professional slush machine comes with three 12 litre tanks, separate controls and a high dispensing speed. The ideal slush machine for serving three varieties of granita, fruit juice or other cold drinks at the same time. Available in three models, with 63 colours of tank lightning and seven thickness levels.

Give your customers plenty of choice with this professional slush puppy machine with three separate 12L tanks. Each tank has its own control panel, allowing you to set different flavours, temperatures and textures with ease. Perfect for busy locations that want to combine speed, variety and quality.

Three times the variety, each with its own programme

With three digital displays, one per tank, you can select the right mode for each drink: 'ICE' (for slush), 'COOL' (for chilled drinks), 'CLN'(for cleaning) or 'STOP'. The 'Gear' button lets you set the desired thickness or temperature in 7 levels. ICE mode runs between -12°C and -2°C and COOL mode between 1°C and 10°C. An automatic regeneration mode ensures consistent performance at lower temperatures. The display locks after 1 minute and can be reactivated by pressing the light button for three seconds.

Maximum capacity and customer choice

With a total capacity of 36L and three taps, this slush puppy machine is ideal for hospitality venues, summer locations and events. Serve three flavours at once with ease, from tropical granita to classic lemonade.
Despite the larger size, the noise level stays below 60 dB. The adjustable feet ensure stability, even on uneven surfaces. You can choose out of 63 colours of tank lightning, so a colour for every occasion.

Smart maintenance, easy to use

Each tank has its own CLN cleaning mode, making the cleaning process simple. Empty the tank first, then fill it with clean warm water and a mild detergent. Select the cleaning programme on the display. The granita machine stops cooling while the mixing system continues to run. This loosens any residue. Empty the tank, refill it with warm water only, let the mixer run again, and empty it once more. Remove the tank from the machine and detach the tap. Loosen the mixing system and all removable parts. Clean these parts in warm, soapy water. Wipe the mixing system with a damp cloth. Dry all parts well and lubricate the seals with food-safe petroleum jelly. Reassemble the machine. Remove the drip tray and filter, clean them and place them back. Only use drinks with a sugar content of 20-30% and never use water only, as this can damage the system. For long-term use, we recommend replacing the rubber seals once a year.

The ultimate solution for anyone who wants maximum capacity and choice. Order this Maxima 3-tank slush machine today.
