  • Control panel on top of the hood, digital display. 600x500 mm rack, 22-plate capacity; 600x400 trays (optional); beer crates 600x400 up to 135 L; compatible with 500x500 mm racks. Hood opening/closing system with linkages. Vertical wash pump (double flow), self-draining and self-cleaning. Full double-wall construction in AISI 304 stainless steel. Rotating upper and lower wash/rinse arms, entirely stainless steel. Self-cleaning stainless steel nozzles. 
  • Fully “press-formed” wash tank (30 L, 2.5 kW). Full tank filter. Press-formed side panels
  • Patented pump filter: keeps wash water cleaner and at optimal temperature. Front-access control panel for easy servicing. Adjustable stainless steel feet (160–220 mm).

ADVANTAGE - BREAK TANK :  

  • The "break tank" is an AB-type anti-pollution device (UK standard). 
  • 1) It prevents wash tank water (containing detergents) from flowing back into the water supply network.  
  • 2) During the entire rinse phase, its pump guarantees constant pressure, ensuring proper drying and hygiene thanks to a temperature of 85°C, right up to the last drop of rinse water.
