This Heavy Duty gas griddle with grooved grill plate is part of the 700 cooking range. It is made of stainless steel with and has splash guards and a driptray to collect grease. This makes it easy to clean and the griddle is suitable for intensive, daily use in professional kitchens.

 

For the tastiest meat, fish and vegetable dishes, you can use a hot griddle. With this 40 x 60cm grooved griddle in your cooking line, your dishes are ready quickly. This griddle is set in a watertight recess and is suitable for LPG or natural gas. You can also place it in your cooking line or on a stainless steel base, which you can easily order through our webshop.

Made entirely from stainless steel

As you can expect from all professional appliances from our Cooking Range 700 cooking line, the quality never disappoints. This heavy duty griddle is made entirely from stainless steel and is neatly finished. The plate itself is made from 15mm steel and has a grill surface of 34,4 x 45,8cm. The wide splash guard prevents splashes on the wall and there also is a removable stainless steel drip tray at the bottom that can collect up 1,5 litres of grease.

Get up to the right temperature fast

Because it can be extremely busy in the catering kitchen, its good to know that you can get started quickly with this griddle. You 'ignite' it with the handy piezo ignition: push the rotary knob and turn it directly to the desired temperature. The stainless steel burners are at 200°C in just ten minutes. You can also increase the temperature even further, up to 300°C.
