Description

This Heavy Duty gas griddle is ideal to have in your 700 cooking line. The grooved surface is made of chrome and gives the famous "stripes" on your food. The stainless steel housing and chrome grill plate, makes it easy to clean. It has splash guards and a dript tray to collect the grease. 

The tastiest meat and fish dishes can always be made on a hot griddle. With this grooved griddle in your cooking line, your dishes are ready in no time at all. It's set into a watertight recess and suited for either LPG or natural gas. You can place it within your cooking line, or even on a stainless steel support, which you can easily order through our webshop.

Made entirely from stainless steel

As you can expect from all professional appliances within our Cooking Range 700 cooking line, the quality never disappoints. This heavy duty griddle is made entirely from stainless steel and is neatly finished with a chrome coating. The plate itself is made from 15mm steel and has a grilling surface of 34,4 x 45,8mm. The wide splashguard prevents spills and splashes on the wall, and there is a handy removable stainless steel drip tray underneath tohat can collect up to 1,5 litres of fat so you can keep on grilling for a long time.

Rapidly up to the right temperature

Because it can be very busy in any catering kitchen, it's good to know that this griddle allows you to get started quickly. You ignite it using the handy piezo ignition: simply push the turning knob and turn it immediately to the desired temperature. The stainless steel burners can reach 200°C in just ten minutes. Of course, you can increase the temperature even further, up to 300°C.
