  • Oven enclosure and double-walled door (deep-drawn) made of stainless steel and provided with thermal insulation, side guides on 3 levels.
  • Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
  • Sealed cast-iron open-fire burners, brass crown (very high efficiency). Burner from 1.5 to 7 kW regulated by gas valve, pilot light and thermocouple safety device, easy front access for maintenance.
  • Upper grids in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 330x300 mm (dishwasher safe).
  • Cast iron hotplate (10 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a burner positioned in the centre of the combustion chamber. Combustion chamber thermally insulated with glass wool. Regulation by a gas valve, ignition by piezoelectric ignition and safety by thermocouple.
  • Gas oven GN 2/1, heating by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame. Oven temperature regulation from 150°C to 290°C, by a thermostatic gas valve, piezoelectric ignition and safety thermocouple, supplied with 1 grid.
