  • Made in stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable feet in stainless steel.
  • Deep-drawn and waterproof top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304, IPX5 water resistance.
  • Chimney in the back in stainless steel AISI 304.
  • Deep-drawn tank in stainless steel AISI 316 with all corners and interior corners rounded for easy and hygienic maintenance, thickness (15/10 mm), resistant to salt corrosion and wear, fitted with an overflow for starches. The water tap valve for filling the tank is placed on the front of the unit, the drain valve is placed in the lower cabinet. An evacuation to the wastewater network is to be provided.
  • Gas heating, by horizontal flame burners, placed under the tank. Burner regulation by gas valve, pilot ignition and thermocouple safety system. Piezoelectric device, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.

ADVANTAGE:
Multi-purpose cooker for pasta, rice, vegetables, eggs, etc. The specially deep-drawn TOP will allow you to drain the various pasta baskets and contain any overflowing water. The tank is made of AISI 316 stainless steel (resistant to salt corrosion and wear) and is fully welded (continuously). It is fitted as standard with a filter at the discharge outlet and a second filter at the overflow outlet, so as to retain any pasta that has fallen into the cooking water, avoiding clogging the pipes. On request: a lid for the tank for faster boiling of the water as well as a range of special baskets.
