ADVANTAGE:
The specially deep-drawn top ensures easy draining of the baskets, as well as containing any oil spillage. The tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and is fully welded (continuously). A special cold zone is built into the bottom of the tank, guaranteeing the quality and longevity of the cooking oils. Easy oil drainage thanks to the drain tap on the front panel.
