  • Deep-drawn, watertight top (20/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel.

  • Deep-drawn tank in AISI 316 stainless steel with all corners and internal angles rounded for easy and hygienic maintenance, 15/10 mm thick, resistant to salt corrosion and wear, with overflow for starch and perforated double bottom in AISI 304 stainless steel. The water tap valve for filling the tank is located on the front of the appliance, while the discharge valve (with balls) is located in the cabinet. A waste water drain must be provided.
  • Electric heating with stainless steel armoured heating elements inside the tank, 4-position control, safety thermostat as standard, easy front access for maintenance.

The tank is made of AISI 316 stainless steel (resistant to salt corrosion and wear) and is fully welded (continuously). It is fitted as standard with a filter at the discharge outlet and a second filter at the overflow outlet, so as to retain any pasta that has fallen into the cooking water, avoiding clogging the pipes. On request: a lid for the tank for faster boiling of the water as well as a range of special baskets.
