Dough fed into the top roller is caught and guided to the bottom rollers by a metal arm hook, providing even flattening on every pass. Both rollers offer adjustable thickness up to 4 mm so you can control your desired result. It is perfect for pizza bases from 26 to 40 cm in diameter. Before rolling, sprinkle flour generously to prevent sticking. The front switch lets you choose between setting 1 for manual feeding and setting 2 for foot pedal operation. Please note that a foot pedal is not included.
