These are not included but can be ordered separately through our webshop. You can also use  1\/2 or 1\/3 GN containers, but then you need to use adaptor bars. The maximum height of the GN containers that you can use is 15cm. The thick stainless steel and the ergonomic design ensure efficient and quick heating of products. This bain marie is equipped with a pilot light, Piezo electric ignition and a safety valve for the gas with a thermocouple. The temperature in the bain marie can be set up to 90ºC using the thermostat. The water in the bain marie never gets hotter than 100ºC, so the temperature of the food never rises above 100ºC and it cannot boil or burn. \u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003ch3\u003eEasy cleaning\u003c\/h3\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eThe bain marie hardly gets dirty during normal use. However, if you need to clean the appliance, make sure it is switched off after use and remove the GN containers. Be careful though, as hot water droplets can come off the trays. The GN trays can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Drain the water from the bain marie using the tap. The interior and exterior are made from stainless steel and can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
