This smooth electric grilddle with a size of 60 x 60cm is ideal for use along the 600mm deep cooking line. This double griddle has separate heating zones, so you can adjust temperatures per cooking zone. The large drain opening and drip tray allows easy cleaning of the appliance.

This professional electric grill is specially designed to be placed on a baking wall or baking line. You can place the grill on a workbench, but also on a matching stainless steel support. Grilling meat and fish on the grill plate has the advantage that flavours and vitamins are preserved longer. The heat is evenly distributed on the grill plate, allowing you to serve the tastiest grill dishes. This electric grill features a large drain hole for easy operation and cleaning. It also features a large 1-litre grease collecting tray. For more efficient use of the appliance, the cooking zones are divided and can be used independently.

Safe working with stainless steel splash guards

When working with high temperatures, safety is very important in the kitchen. That's why this electric grill is fitted with stainless steel splash guards on the back and sides. This makes splashing fat less likely to cause injury. The appliance also has overload protection. The temperature can be easily adjusted with the temperature regulator, which allows you to choose temperatures between 50ºC and 300ºC. This professional grill is easy to use. Just switch on the appliance with the on button, grease the grill surface and wait until the right temperature is reached before placing your products on the plate.

Easy to clean

Especially when you use the grill intensively, it should be cleaned daily. Cleaning is very easy thanks to the stainless steel housing and collection tray. First, it is advisable to remove coarse debris with a brush. For dirt that is more difficult to remove, turn the appliance on and heat it to 75 °C. Pour a little water on the grill surface and clean it with gloves on. Then wipe down the entire unit with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Thanks to the rubber feet, this professional grill stands firm and stable during use.
